قد رأيت وفاء بحق القرآن أولا، والإنسانية كلها ثانيا: أن أطرق على وجل وإستحياء هذا الموضوع (عناية القرآن بحقوق الإنسان) الذي هو من الموضوعات التي تتقاصر دونها الهمم في رأيي، بالنظر إلى أن حقوق الإنسان في شريعتنا: تمثل البناء التشريعي بأسره، خاصة وقد قررت أن أسلحك الطريق الصعب في دراستي، وهو طريق الإنطلاق من النص القرآني تفسيرا وفقها.
وذلك لتبصير المسلمين بما إنطوى عليه كتابهم الخالد، وتراثهم النبوي والفقهي من قيم حقوقية لا نظير لها نصا وتطبيقا، حتى يكونوا على وعي بهذه القيم. وقد إشتملت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد، وتسعة فصول وخاتمة وذلك على النحو التالي:
المقدمة في: أسباب إختيار الموضوع ومنهج البحث وخطته.
التمهيد في تعريق الحق والواجب والعلاقة بينهما.
الفصل الأول: الإنسان في القرآن.
الفصل الثاني: الحقوق الدينية للإنسان.
الفصل الثالث: الحقوق السياسية للإنسان.
الفصل الرابع: الحقوق الإجتماعية للإنسان.
الفصل الخامس: حقوق خاصة ببعض الفئات.
الفصل السادس: حق العمل والتملك.
الفصل السابع: الحقوق البينية والصحية للإنسان.
الفصل الثامن: حقوق غير المسلمين.
الفصل التاسع: تشريع العقوبات الرادعة لمنتهكي حقوق الإنسان.
خاتمة في نتائج البحث وتوصيات ومقترحات.
