مثل مفهوم حقوق الإنسان بأبعاده المختلفة، موضوعاً إشكاليًّا بين الفكرين الديني والوضعي، يضعنا إزاء منظومتين حقوقيتين متداخلتين في بعض الأوجه ومتباينتين في وجوه أخرى.
وهذا ما تكشف عنه دراسات وبحوث هذا الكتاب (السابع في سلسلة الدراسات الحضارية).
ينقسم الكتاب إلى أربعة فصول، في الفصل الأول تحدث نجف علي ميرزائي عن حقوق الإنسان: تصورات عن الحقيقة والواقع. والسيد محمد مصطفوي عن حقو مثل مفهوم حقوق الإنسان بأبعاده المختلفة، موضوعاً إشكاليًّا بين الفكرين الديني والوضعي، يضعنا إزاء منظومتين حقوقيتين متداخلتين في بعض الأوجه ومتباينتين في وجوه أخرى.
وهذا ما تكشف عنه دراسات وبحوث هذا الكتاب (السابع في سلسلة الدراسات الحضارية).
ينقسم الكتاب إلى أربعة فصول، في الفصل الأول تحدث نجف علي ميرزائي عن حقوق الإنسان: تصورات عن الحقيقة والواقع. والسيد محمد مصطفوي عن حقوق الإنسان: فلسفتها ومشكلات تطبيقها. أما محمد دكير فتحدث عن: حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام: من التأصيل إلى التقنين. أما حسين توسلي فتحدث عن فلسفة الحق في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي: مرتضى مطهري أنموذجاً.
في الفصل الثاني تحدث د. مصطفى محقق داماد عن: حقوق الإنسان وإشكاليات النظرية والتطبيق: جولة في حقوق الإنسان عند الإمام علي . أما كمال السيد فتحدث عن: رسالة الحقوق: الواقع العربي والمثال.
الفصل الثالث عالجت دراساته حقوق الإنسان في ضوء المقارنة بين الرؤية الدينية والوضعية وشارك فيه د. محمد لغنهاوسن، ود. أحمد عمران الزاوي. أما الفصل الرابع فخصص لحوارات شاملة في حقوق الإنسان مع السيد البجندوري والسيد حسن الأمين.
