يتناول النسخ عند الرازى المفسر والأصولى وصاحب المؤلفات المتعددة، التى سبق بها غيره من العلماء والنابهين فى علوم المعرفة المختلفة، حاولت أن أعرض رأيه فى النسخ بوضوح شديد، من خلال ما كتبه فى تفسيره الكبير، مع الإستعانة بكتابه المحصول فى علم أصول الفقه، فما اختصره فى التفسير بسطه فى المحصول، وأحياناً يعكس ذلك، والرازى ممن وافق جمهور العلماء فى وجود النسخ وأقسامه وأنواعه، ولكن بطريقته هو التى تعتمد على تعاضد الأدلة، وثبوت الحجج فى إثبات النسخ أو نفيه عن الآيات المنسوخة، فالرازى صاحب منهج واضح فى قضية النسخ جعله موافقاً لمن سبقوه كثيراً، وناقداً لهم أحياناً، وهكذا العلماء يهتدون بالأدلة ويقفون عند البراهين.
