القضية البلوشية أو قضية بلوشستان من القضايا المحورية الدولية الإستراتيجية في الشرق الأوسط، فالموقع الجيو إستراتيجي الذي تتمتع به بلوشستان جعلها محط أنظار أطماع الدول الكُبرى وعلى رأسهم الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الصين، روسيا، الهند، تركمانستان، وألمانيا في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة.
وهي قضية قانونية دولية مثلها مثل القضية الفلسطينية، وفق ما جاء في نصوص ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وفي ضوء أنظمة وقواعد القانون الدولي، ولها الحق في الإستقلال مباشرة دون إجراء إستفتاء شعبي من قبل المجتمع الدولي، لأنها دولة محتلة من قبل باكستان وإيران بطريقة غير مشروعة قانونياً.
وسنحاول في هذه الدراسة تقديم رؤية عامة للقضية البلوشية من خلال تتبع مفاصيل السياق التاريخي للقضية، لأن السياق التاريخي ييسر على القارئ إستيعاب الصورة الشاملة والعوامل المتداخلة والمتعلقة بالقضية، في أي مرحلة من المراحل، في ترتيب منطقي، وصولاً إلى المرحلة الحالية.
وفي هذه الدراسة تخاطب أولئك الذين يرغبون في الحصول على فكرة عامة عن قضية البلوش، وتخدم أولئك الذين لا يجدون وقتاً للدراسات التفصيلية المختصصة.
