Book Description
أبو العتاهية، صاحب هذا الديوان هو إسماعيل بن القاسم بن سويد بن كيسان مولى عنزه، كُني بأبي إسحاق، ولقب بأبي العتاهية. ولد أبو العتاهية في الكوفة وبها منشؤه وباديته.
كان أبو العتاهية شاعراً مكثراً، وأما شعره فكان لطيف المعاني، سهل اللفظ، قريب المتناول، حتى أنه يضف أحياناً. وصفه الأصمعي بقوله:" شعر أبي العتاهية كساحة الملوك يقع فيه الجوهر والذهب والتراب والخزف والنوى.كان أبو العتاهية شاعراً مطبوعاً على قول الشعر حتى أنه قال:" لو شئت أن أجعل كلامي كله شعراً لفعلت".
وكان مليح الإنشاء مليح الحركات، شديد الطرب، أقدر الناس على وزن الكلام، حتى أنه كان يتكلم بالشعر في جميع حالاته، ويخاطب به جميع الناس. وقيل:" أطبع الناس بشّار والسيد الحميري وأبو العتاهية. وما قدر أحد على جمع شعر هؤلاء الثلاثة لكثرته."
أجل، حتى تاريخه صدر ديوان أبي العتاهية في طبعات عدّة، وكلها يفتقد الكمال، رغم جهود المحققين والشارحين، لكان صاحب الأغاني عرف، عند ذكره القول السابق، أنه من المستحيل الوصول إلى جمع شعر أبي العتاهية.
