يتناول هذا الكتاب بحث المتطلبات المناخية لأشجار الخوخ كأحد الأشجار متساقطة الأوراق في ثلاث مناطق هى شمال سيناء وغرب النوبارية والدقهلية تحت تأثير الخصائص المناخية لكل منطقة اعتمادًا على بيانات محطات هيئة الإرصاد الجوية فى جمهورية مصر العربية، ويعد هذا البحث دراسة فى المناخ الزراعى Agro climatology إذ يبحث فى العلاقة الإرتباطية بين درجات الحرارة المتوفرة وإنتاجية أصناف الخوخ المزروعة فى كل منطقة على حده فى إطار الظروف البيئية العامة المحيطة، وذلك من خلال تطبيق بعض النماذج الرياضية والإحصائية.
