Book Description
ينظم المشرع العماني أحكام الإلتزام تحت عنوان "آثار الإلتزام" في الباب الثاني من الكتاب الأول من قانون المعاملات المدنية رقم (29) لسنة 2013، وتحديداً في المواد من (220) إلى (354) منه.
بينما ينظم قانون المعاملات المدنية الإماراتي رقم (5) لسنة 1985 أحكام الإلتزام تحت عنوان "آثار الحق" في الباب الثاني من الكتاب الأول منه، وتحديداً في المواد من (338) إلى (448) منه، في حين ينظم القانون المدني المصري رقم (131) لسنة 1948 أحكام الإلتزام تحت عنوان "آثار الإلتزام" في الباب الثاني من الكتاب الأول منه، وتحديداً في المواد من (199) إلى (338) منه.
أما عن القانون المدني الفرنسي الصادر عام 1804 والمعدل بموجب المرسوم بقانون رقم (131) لسنة 2016 الصادر في 10 فبراير عام 2016؛ فينظم أحكام الإلتزام في الباب الرابع من الكتاب الثالث منه تحت مسمى "النظام العام للإلتزامات "Du régime général des obligations"، وتحديداً في المواد من (1304) إلى (1352- 9) منه.
