وكما أن الشباب هم رجال المستقبل فكان لابد من الاهتمام بطاقاتهم وتوظيفها في خدمة الوطن والأمة العربية لبناء حضارة تليق بقيمنا وعاداتنا وحضاراتنا القديمة التي قدمت للبشرية الكثير من أساسيات الحضارة الحالية.
من هنا بدأ القلم في كتابة هذه السطور لكي نحاول وضع أيدينا على أهم ما يواجه الشباب من مشكلات اجتماعية وثقافية واقتصادية قد تؤثر في انتاجه وابداعه وعقليته وفي محاولة لنعرف شبابنا أهم القيم التي يجب أن تغرس في نفوسهم لكى يكونوا حاملى الراية في المستقبل لحضارة نأمل أن تبنى على ايديهم للعالم العربي.
