فهاتان رسالتان في الوعظ والأخلاق والآداب التي ينبغي أن يتحلى بها السائر إلى الله عز وجل أولاهما: للإمام الزاهد العابد أحمد بن إبراهيم الحزامي، قصد بها مؤلفها الوعظ والتذكير لمن أراد سلوك الطريق إلى الله عز وجل، ولمن أراد النجاة من هول يوم القيامة مذكراً له بالطريقة المثلى من حفظ الجوارح عن جميع المحرمات، والقيام بجميع ما أمر الله به من الحلال واجتناب الحرام، والحدود، والأحكام بعبارة وعظية زاجرة مختصرة.
وأما الرسالة الثانية: فهي للشيخ الفقيه المشارك حسن بن أحمد سبط الدسوقي الدمشقي، أراد بها مؤلفها ذكر الأخلاق التي ينبغي للإنسان أن يكون عليها، مقتبساً ذلك من بعض الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية، قاصداً بها النصح لطالب العلم ولكل محب للخير وسالك لطريقه، كل ذلك لكلمات وجيزة قصيرة جامعة لخيري الدنيا والآخرة.
