يعرض المؤلف القصص القرآني في سلسلة هذا الكتاب بأسلوب جديد، بعد أن اتبع في دراساته القرآنية ما رأى أنه منهج في القرآن لفهم القرآن.
ويرى المؤلف أن القرآن، ما دام أنزل بلسان عربي مبين، فإن القصص فيه لا يحتاج الى تفسير أو تأويل، ولا يمكن اعتباره من المتشابه. كما يرى أن القرآن، مادام أنزل بالحق وأن معنى الإنزال بالحق هو أن لكل حرف فيه معنى واضحاً بلغ مقاصده، بعد أن بلّغ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الرسالة بعصمة الله له من الناس، فلا بد أن تحمل الصيغ البيانية التي عبّرت عن أحداث القصص معاني متغايرة حسب تغير مواقع الحروف في تراكيب الجمل والآيات القرآنية. أي أن القصص القرآني ليس فيه تكرار... باستثناء ما ورد عنه بالتناوب بين إيجاز وتفصيل.
يقول المؤلف: "بعد أن كشف اتباع منهج القرآن في فهم القرآن عن حقائق جديدة في القصص القرآني لم تكن معلومة من قبل، جرّد التراث الإسلامي الذي تناول هذا القصص من الإسرائيليات مرة واحدة وإلى الأبد.
