إن المرأة وفق نظام المجتمع الذي نعيش فيه وبنائه الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي يمكن ان تختلف عن الرجل بدرجات متفاوته وتقوم قط بالادوار التقليدية المعروفة من امومة ورعاية المنزل وشئونه, كما يمكن اذا اختلف البناء الاجتماعي الاقتصادي للمجتمع, وقام علي الاعتراف بالمرأة كمساوية للرجل واتاح لها نفس الفرص المتاحة للرجل ان تستطيع المرأة القيام بكل الانشطة والادوار وعلي كافة المستويات التي يقوم بها الرجل, ولعلنا لا ننسي ان الرجل قد صعد الي الفضاء ولما اتيحت للمرأة الفرصة صعدت هي الأخري للفضاء.
ولما اتيح للرجل ان يكون قائداً للأحزاب السياسية صعدت المرأة ايضا لرئاسة الاحزاب السياسية وكلاهما دور إداري وعلي المستوى الاعلي, ولما اتاح المجتمع العربي للمرأة ان تقوم بدور إداري في مستوي ناظرات المدارس التي تضم موظفين من الرجال والنساء إستطاعت ان تقوم بهذا العمل بكفاءة وابسط دليل علي قدرة المرأة علي قيادة فريق العمل بالمدرسة هو استمرار قيامها بهذا الدور والتوسع فيه.
ان القضية اولأً واخيراً هي انه لا يوجد مايسمي بطبيعة المرأة وطبيعة الرجل, فطالما اثبتت الدراسات العلمية انه لايوجد فروق هامة بين الجنسين في الكفاية العقلية, فإن الفروق إن وجدت فهي فروق ناتجة عن الظروف التي تعيشها المرأة والتي هي نفسها ظروف المجتمع.
وفي النهاية نقول انه اذا كان هناك في المجتمع وفي بنيته ما يعيق تقدم المرأة سواء بالنسبة للأعمال الإدارية او غيرها من الانشطة فإن هذه المعوقات تنسحب ايضاً علي الرجل زان اخذت اشكالاً وصوراً اخري وتصبح القضية المطروحة في النهاية هي كيف نمهد ونتيح الفرص السلمية المواتية لكي تقوم المرأة كما يقوم الرجل بأنشطتها في الحياة علي النحو الذي تستغل فيه إمكانيات كل منهما الي اقصي حد.
