ولا يضر أن تكون عقوبة الزنا التي هي أخطر جرائم الحدود في الشريعة الإسلامية قاسية في كيفيتها حاسمة في وقعها ما دام الهدف منها حياة الأمة، وصيانة الوجود ونقائ المجتمع، والتي تبلغ في بعضها الإعدام العلني الجماهيري بكل الوسائل.
من هنا كانت الأصوات عالية وهي تطالب بتطبيق الفقه الجنائي في أرض المسلمين بعد أن عجزت قوانين الفكر الوضعي عن التشخيص والعلاج ليعود الأمن والطمأنينة والإستقرار.
