إنَّ الله سبحانه وتعالى خلق الإنسان في أحسن تقويم وجعله أفضل وأشرف من كل مَنْ خلق وما خلق، وصوّره في الأرحام كيف شاء، فالصورة الإنسانية الجسدية هي على ترتيب وتنظيم مُعيّن ومرغوب فيه ومُقدّر من الله تعالى بنحو حسنٍ، ولا يجوز التغيير فيه ولا ينبغي التبديل، ولا يحق لأحد أنْ يُمثّل بأحدٍ وإنْ كانت بينهما عداوة شديدة وبُغض كبير وعناد عميق، فإنَّ المُثلة من أسوأ الأعمال وأقبحها عند الشارع الحكيم والخالق الكريم، فهي نوع من السبوعية، فعلى هذا لا يجوز للمُقاتل في المعركة أو خارجها أنْ يمثّل بعدوِّه وإنْ كان كافراً.
