موضوع هذا البحث هو علاقة مستر همفر بمحمد بن عبد الوهاب، وما الأهداف التي بيت لها بليل؟ وما الخطة التي وضعت لتنفيذ هذه الأهداف؟ وهل هناك علاقة بين هذه الأهداف وما فعله محمد بن عبد الوهاب؟ أم أن تلك الأهداف والخطط في جانب وسيرة وتاريخ وفعل ومذهب ابن عبد الوهاب "فهل من قبيل الصدفة أم باتفاق؟" وقد خلص البحث إلى الاتفاق التام بين ما دار بين "همفر" ومحمد بن عبد الوهاب" على تنفيذ ما جاء في الخطة البريطانية التي قدر تنفيذها على يد "محمد بن عبد الوهاب" ومن هنا يمكن القول إن الشيخ قد نفذ الخطة، وأزعم أنه نفذها بإخلاص وكفاءة ولكن بنفس منطق الخوارج، فلا يعنيني وجود همفر من عدمه، ولا يعنيني صحة صحبته لابن عبد الوهاب من عدمها، وإنما الذي يعنيني هو وجود مخطط خبيث في هذه المذكرات يذكره "همفر" نفذه الشيخ "ابن عبد الوهاب" ومن هنا كانت مناقشتى لابن عبد الوهاب والوهابية تنطلق من الأفكار التكفيرية والوقائع القتالية.... إلخ مما جاء في الخطة البريطانية قد وقع فعلاً في فكر ابن عبد الوهاب وتمسك به وأقره الوهابية إلى يومنا هذا فعلى من يناقشني في هذه المذكرات أن يناقشني في مضمونها الذي أثبت وجوده وتنفيذه على يد محمد بن عبد الوهاب، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العلى العظيم.
