مجموعة من الفتاوى الشرعية التي حرّرها صاحب الفضيلة الشيخ العالم الفقيه الدكتور قيس بن محمد آل الشيخ مبارك، عضو هيئة كبار العلماء بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وأستاذ الفقه بجامعة الملك فيصل بالأحساء، وأحد أعيان أهل العلم بها.
وقد تنوّعت هذه الفتاوى في مناح عدة، من العبادات والمعاملات والقضايا الإجتماعية والطبّية وغيرها، والشيخ في فتاواه دقيق العبارة، متيقّظ إلى جوانب السؤال وإحتمالاته، متحرِّزٌ طاقتَه فيما يطلقه من أحكام، مطالع للواقع وأحوال المستفتين.
يقرنُ الفتوى ما استطاع بالدليل والتعليل، من نصوص أو قواعد أو أدلة عامة، مستشهداً بما يُناسب المقام من كلام الأئمة الفقهاء، إذا أراد الإفتاء في المسائل العصرية - كالفتاوى الطبّية ونحوها - صدّر فتواه بشرح حقيقة القضية المسؤول عنها إستناداً إلى ما يقرِّرُه أهل الإختصاص من أطبّاء وغيرهم، ثم يبني الفتوى على ذلك ويؤصِّلها.
كما أنه يتناول في فتاواه الجانب التربوي ويذكّر بالحقائق الإيمانية، كما هو دأبُ العلماء الربّانيين، لأنّ تزكيةَ المستفتي من خلال الفتوى وتوجيهَه إلى مقتضى التقوى هو من مقاصد الشريعة الغرّاء.
