"فتاوى النوازل" لأبي الليث نصر بن محمد بن إبراهيم السمرقندي الحنفي" كتاب مهم في الفقه الحنفي ذكر مؤلفه أنه يحتاج إليه في الحوادث والنوازل وأنه جامع لأحكام الفقه الحنفي وعلمائه مع آراء أئمة المذاهب المختلفة وخاصة مالك والشافعي، هذه الشمولية في العرض دعت العلماء والمشايخ للإقبال عليه وتعظيمه وتقديمه على سائر الكتب، وذلك لأنه يتضمن الكثير من الفتاوى في عدد كبير من المسائل التي يحتاجها كل مسلم، كالطهارة والمرابحة، والتولية والشفعة والإجارات، والأشربة، والشهادة والوكالة، والحج والزكاة والصوم الخ.
وبالنظر لهذه الأهمية التي يخلها هذا الكتاب فقد اعتنى "السيد يوسف أحمد" بتوضيح وإثبات مسائله من كتب الصحاح السنة بجانب كتاب الفقه على المذاهب الأربعة وكذلك تاريخ الإسلام وآراء بعض العلماء الكبار أمثال النووي.
كتابٌ مهمٌّ في الفقه الحنفي ذكر مؤلّفه أنّه يُحتاج اليه في الحوادث والنوازل وأنّه جامعٌ للأحكام كافياً ممّا جعل العلماء والمشايخ يُقبلون عليه ويعظمونه ويُقدمونه على سائر .الكتب, لأنّه يتضمّن الكثير من الفتاوى في عدد كبير من المسائل التي يحتاجها كل مُسلم.
