دعاني إلى الكتابة في هذا البحث (بنوك لبن الرضاع بين الحل والحرمة- دراسة فقهية مقارنة) أنه قد انتشر في الآونة الأخيرة الكثير من المحدثات والبدع، والتي لم يكن القصد من ورائها تحقيق أي مصلحة للناس أو التيسير عليهم، وإنما ظاهر هذه المحدثات والبدع العلمية الرحمة، وفي باطنها إدخال الشك واللبس في قلوب الناس، وإحداث الإضطراب والريبة. ومن هذه البدع والمحدثات العلمية الدعوة إلى إنشاء بنوك لبن الرضاع، تلك الفكرة التي ظهرت في النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين في بعض دول أوربا وأمريكا، وخاصة بعدما انتشرت بنوك مناظرة للدم وغيره من السوائل البشرية.
وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى فصل تمهيدي، وثلاثة فصول أساسية، وخاتمة. (المقدمة: أهمية الموضع وسبب اختياره وخطة البحث، الفصل التمهيدي: بيان المقصود بالرضاع وأدلة التحريم به وحكمته، الفصل الأول: أهمية الرضاع الطبيعي من المرأة من الناحيتين الطبية والشرعية، الفصل الثاني: حكم التصرفات التي تقع على لبن الرضاع عند الفقهاء، الفصل الثالث: حقيقة بنوك لبن الرضاع ومدى شرعية الانتفاع بها في الرضاع).
