تظهر بوضوح ثيمة الغياب التي تعانيها الشخصية في القصيدة في المجموعة الشعرية الجديدة للكاتبة أسماء الراجح، وقد تأسست على وفق فاعلية الشريط السيمي القائم على تتابع اللقطات وتناميها زمنياً ضمن حركة دورانية يتوقف فيها الزمن في لحظة معينة، هي لحظة الرحيل التي تسكن الشاعرة وكل حرف من حروفها وهي تفصح عن عشقها للآخر "كلما مال بك الوقتُ قليلاً: فصرت بعيداً اعني!... هذا النقص ليس خللاً فيّ... لقد كنت أعي ما يحدث... وأدركُ أن ثمة شيءٍ يأكل قلبي... أخبرتك أنني احتاج أن أشعر بحبك... حين تكون على خصام... حين أكون الأسوأ تحديداً... أن تبقيني في أعمق نقطة من قلبك... وتضمني إليك...".
هكذا تخفق نخصوص أسماء الراجح بحزن شفيف يمور بتأن عبر السطور، وخاصة عند الرحيل، والذي لم يتبق منه سوى ذكريات، تحيل قارئ النص إلى شخصانية العلاقة التي تربط المرأة بالآخر (الرجل9 وبالعالم معاً، وهي ما أعطت المشهد الشعري جمالية خاصة تكشف عنها النصوص تباعاً.
