ويتعرّض للدوَّر الدمشقية وما كانت عليه من فنّ معماري أصيل وذوق فنّي دقيق وحُسن تلاؤم مع ظروف الطبيعة من حرّ وقرّ، فضلاً عن وظيفة هذا البيت في توفير السعادة والرفاه للمقيمين فيه، ثم ينتقل إلى دارة الخوجة والكتاتيب، ويعايش الناس في سهراتهم و(عراضاتهم) ومعتقداتهم الشعبية، إضافة إلى أجواء مسرح الظل ودوره في حياة المجتمع بوصفه مبشراً بظهور المسرح عند العرب، ويقدم لمحةً عن أوابد دمشقية عمرانية تمثلت في قلعة دمشق وحماماتها.
