إن أجمل شئ في هذه الحياة أن تعيش من أجل مبدأ تحارب عنه وتدافع، والأكثر جمالاً وبهاء أن تفنى حياتك في سبيل هذا المبدأ، وهذا هو الذي يعطي ثورات الشعوب قيمة في حد ذاتها، ولا يهم في هذا إلى أين تتجه تلك الثورة أو نتائجها، ومن هؤلاء الذي عاشوا يحاربون ويناضلون من أجل مبادئ آمنوا بها وظلوا عليها حتى ماتوا في سبيلها هو كاتب هذه المذكرات "أرنستو جيفارا" لعل أهم ميزة أعجبتني في هذا الرجل، هو أنه وهب نفسه لمحاربة الظلم والطغيان، حتى لو كان هذا الظلم والطغيان لم يتعرضوا له بسوء، فالرجل انتهت حياته في بوليفيا، رغم أنه أرجنتيني النشأة والميلاد، إن الرجل الثائر دائماص، مهموم بالقضية، والناس، وليس بالمكان والزمان، فتجده يدافع عن هذه القضية، حتى ولو كانت في أقصى بلد من بلاد العالم.
