ومن هنا جاء التزامنا في دراستنا التالية "المنهج في علم السياسة" بالاهتمام بكل من المنهجين في مجاله، فنعني بتحليل دور وضعيات البيئة من قيم وتقاليد وأعراف في تصوير أنماط الحياة السياسية وتشكيل نشاطاتها وفي فهم أحكام دساتيرها بقدر العناية بالإجابة على "كيف" تجري علاقات قوى الحياة السياسية، ولماذا تجري على ذلك النحو؟ فهذا هو طلب الموضوع أي علم تجريبي، سنعني بالمشكلة السياسية وبحلولها في ضوء ما يجب أن يكون بقدر العناية بديناميكية الحياة السياسية بقواها الفعلية، وهكذا.
