يجهد كلّ المشاركين في هذه الدراسة (المترجمة عن اللغة العبريّة)، والصادرة عما يسمّى المركز المقدسي لشؤون الشعب والدولة، في كيان الاحتلال، لإثبات استحالة انسحاب الكيان، تحت أي ظرف كان، إلى حدود العام1967، لأسباب استرتيجيّة ومعنويّة، بما يُفرغ أيّ مفاوضات تسوويّة مع هذان الكيان من مضامينها الحقيقيّة: ويوجّه رسالة بليغة إلى السلطة القلسطينيّة التي تعتبر التفاوض هو الخيار الوحيد أمام الشعب الفلسطيني لنيل حقوقه في إقامة دولة مستقلّة على حدود1967، بأنّ أيّ تفاوض، ومهما كانت ظروفه وشروطه، لن يدفع بهذا الكيان إلى الانسحاب الكامل حتّى حدود 4 حزيران، حتّى لو أغراه العالم كلّه بمغريات ماليّة وعسكريّة واقتصاديّة هائلة، لأن القائمين على أمور الكيان يعيشون رعباً وجودياً من محيطهم العربي والإسلامي المعادي لهم: وهو رعبٌ يتنامى بعد كل هزيمة للصهاينة، عسكريّة أم سياسيّة: ولن يزول هذا القلق الوجوديّ بترتيبات تكرّس اغتصاب الأرض والحقوق، ولو كانت محميّة بقرارات أو سياسات دوليّة وإقليميّة بائسة!
