الحمدل لله الذى نور منار الشرع بالقرآن العظيم وحققه، ونقحه بالسنة الشريفة وحرره ووضحه بالمجتهدين واصله وقومه من بين الأديان وفضله، والصلاة والسلام على من خصة الله تعالى بأعظم الكمالات وشرفه، وعلى آله وأصحابه ما أثنى عبد على مولاه وعظمه.
وبعد فهذا شرح ألفته على (المنار) فى أصول الفقه، شرعت فيه حين أقرأته بالجامع الأزهر درسا بدرس سنة خمس وستين وتسعمائة يحل ألفاظه ويبين معانيه، معرضا فيه عن التطويل والاسهاب، مقتصرا فيه غالبا على كلام جماعة من محقق المتأخرين من أصحابنا: كصدر الشريعة، وسعدالدين التفتازانى، وابن الهمام، والأكمل، مبينا للأصح المعتمد مفصحا عما هو التحقيق والأوجه، وسميته:-
بمشكاه الأنوار فى اصول المنار رجايا من الله تعالى القبول، إنه تعالى خير مأمول.
