إن الحق فى مقاومة انحراف السلطات فى الدولة وطغيان الحكام بها بالمفهوم الإسلامى يعد من الحقوق (ذات الفرضين) بمعنى؛ أنها فرض كفاية على القادر من أبناء الأمة أن يقوم به بكل ما أوتى من قوة. كما أن كونها فرض عين على كل واحد منهم عدم التنازل عنه أو القعود عن ممارسته على سند من وجود فئة عقدت عزمها على ممارسة ذلك الحق.
