لقد تبين لى أن الغريزة من أعنف الغرائز إن لم تكن أعنفها على الإطلاق, وأن مواجهة هذه الغريزة تقتضى الدراسة العلمية والاجتماعية والقانونية.. ما الذى يدفع زوجة الطبيب إلى الوقوع فى علاقة آثمة مع السائق الخاص أو بواب العمارة؟ وما الذى يدفع الزوجة أو الزوج إلى الخيانة وارتكاب الرذيلة؟.
وتبين لى أيضا أن الخلل فى العلاقة الزوجية وراء ارتكاب الجرائم والجهل بالجنس وأبعاده النفسية الاجتماعية يؤدى إلى انهيار المجتمع وتفشى الرذيلة. كما أن إهمال العلاقة الزوجية وانشغال الزوج بالسفر إلى الخارج أو العمل يؤدى إلى الخلل الجنسى ومن ثم ارتكاب الجريمة أو طلب الطلاق.. وانهيار الأسرة وانتشار الشذوذ الجنسى والسحاق واللواط والغوص فى العلاقات الجنسية.
وقد حاولت من خلال هذا الكتاب أن أتناول أسباب الجرائم الجنسية والظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية المصاحبة لها وأنماط الجرائم وتقصى العوامل المختلفة التى تفسر جذوتها وانتشارها.
إننا بهذا الكتاب ندق ناقوس الخطر لما آلت إليه هذه الجرائم, وهو دعوة لمكافحة تلك الجرائم لما تقوم به من تهديد للمجتمعات العربية والإسلامية. وهذه الدراسة العلمية والقانونية ستتناول موضوع الغريزة الجنسية وتأثيرها على ارتكاب الجريمة من خلال تقسيم هذا الكتاب إلى ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية: القسم الأول: ويتناول: الغريزة الجنسية وأثرها وصور الانحراف الجنسى. والقسم الثانى: يتناول قضية الخيانة الزوجية وأسبابها ودوافعها وطرق الوقاية. أما القسم الثالث: فيتناول الجرائم المترتبة على الدافع الجنسى كالقتل والاغتصاب والرشوة الجنسية والتحرش الجنسى.
