من الأمور التي تكلم فيها الباحثون: مسالة الرحم المستأجر أو التلقيح الصناعى بأنواعه المختلفة، ولما كان الموضوع المراد بحثه ( هو تأجير الأرحام وموقف الشريعة الإسلامية منها، كان لزاما لعى أن أتناول التلقيح الصناعى بنوعيه الداخلى والخارجى، لأن الرحم المستأجر إنما يأخذ التلقيح من زوجين فيعتبر هذا من قبيل التلقيح الصناعى الخارجى، فكان لزاما على أن أفرق بين النوعين وأن أبين صور كل منهما وموقف الفقهاء من التلقيح الصنعاى الداخلى والخارجى على السواء لأتكلم بعد ذلك عن الرحم المستأجر وما يتعلق به من حيث كونه إيجارة أو بيعا وبيان المفاسد المتعلقة بتأجير الأرحام وموقف الفقهاء منه غلى غير ذلك، وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى ( مقدمة وثلاثة أبواب وخاتمة)
