حرصت أن أرصد خبراتى وتجاربي فى ميدان التأهل تربوياً للتدريس للمكفوفين والتى استقيتها من مصدرين رئيسيين هما، زياراتى المتوالية برفقة البعثات إلى معاهد المكفوفين فى مجتمعنا، قراءتى المتآنية فى هذا التخصص الدقيق. وفى حدود هذين التبعين، كان ميلاد هذا البحث التربوى فى اطار سبعة فصول رئيسية، يعرض الأول منها لأهم البحث التفسيرات العلمية والتربوية فى تحديد مفهوم الكفيف، ويقدم الفصل الثانى لمراحل تطور الفكر التربوى فى رعاية الكفيف، كما يبرز الفصل الثالث فسيولوجيا الابصار من المنظور العلمى الخالص بهدف التعرف على مكونات الرؤية ودينامياتها وكيفية المحافظة عليها، كذلك فقد حاول الفصل الرابع تقديم تحليلا تربويا لمجالات تعليم المكفوفين والمغزى التربوي لهذه المجالات وأهدافها. هذا وقد حاول الفصل الخامس ابراز أثر التنشئة الاجتماعية فى تربية الكفيف وضمان حسن تكيفه مع نفسه ومع البيئة حوله، كما قدم الفصل السادس بعض وسائل الاتصال الملائمة لخصائص الكفيف باعتبارها أداوت ذات فاعلية مؤثرة فى تعليمه، وفى نهاية مسار هذا البحث حاول الفصل السابع والأخير تقديم بعض التطبيقات التربوية فى مجال تعليم المكفوفين لتكون زاداً تربوياً للعاملين فى هذا البحث حاول الفصل السابع والأخير تقديم بعض التطبيقات التربوية فى مجال تعليم المكفوفين لتكون زاداً تربوياً للعاملين فى هذا المجال والمشاركين فيه المخططين له.
