ابحث عن كلمة السر بين حروف متفرقة بشكل غير منتظم، من خلال 54 شبكة، يكتسب فيها الطفل أكثر من 600 مرادف ويتعرف في الوقت نفسه على مدلول هذه الكلمات من خلال الصورة التي بجوار لكل مفردة منها.
كما تساعد هذه الكلمات المتقاطعة على تهجئة الكلمات ومن ثم كتابتها ونطقها بصورة صحيحة.
وتتجلى قيمة هذا الإصدار أن كل (كلمة سر) ضمن مجموعة كلمات من نفس بيئتها، فلو أخذنا بيئة حيوانات الغابة، فإن جميع الكلمات ستكون عن حيوانات الغابة، ويكون أحد هذه الحيوانات هو كلمة السر المطلوب التعرف عليها، كذلك نثري كلمة السر بوضع معلومة عنها لتسهل على الطفل الوصول إليها، فلو كانت (كلمة السر) هي (الأسد) مثلاً، فإننا نضع سؤالنا ونضيف معلومة للطفل أن (كلمة السر) هي لملك الغابة، وهو حيوان مفترس، فيكتسب الطفل المعلومة، ويستطيع تجميع الكلمة من خلال حل جميع المربعات لتبقى في النهاية كلمة (الأسد)، وهكذا في جميع كلمات السر الأخرى.
الخلاصة أن الطفل يلهو ويكتسب مفردات ومهارات عديدة في آن واحد ودون أمر مباشر بتعلم هذه المعلومات.
