أما الفصل الخامس: دراسة الجدوى الإستثمارية، ويشتمل على تعريف الإستثمار، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وأنواعه، وخصائصه... الفصل السادس: دراسة إعادة بناء المنظمة (هيكلتها)، ويشتمل على الهيكل التنظيمي، ومفهومه، وأهميته، وخطوات بناءه، وأهم أقسامه... إلخ.
