وإلى المرشدين التربويين، والمرشدين الصحيين، والمرشدين الإجتماعيين وغيرهم من المهنيين الذين يسعون إلى تطوير مساهماتهم مع الشباب وإكسابها مزايا العمل الجماعي البناء والمشاركة والتنمية الإيجابية،
وإلى الناشطين في المناداة بحقوق الشباب وبسياسات صديقة لهم.
وقد احتوى هذا الدليل على ملف تمهيدي يساعد على فهم المرحلة العمرية من قبل الكبار والشباب أنفسهم، بخصائصها ومميزاتها وتحدياتها حيث يغطي الملف:
مادة تأسيسية عن خصائص مرحلة المراهقة(13-19سنة)،
بعضا من حقوق المراهقين والشباب الأساسية، ذات الصلة،
مدخلا إلى نهج تنمية الشباب الإيجابية،
عرضا عن المشاركة، بوصفها حقا أساسيا وعنصرا جوهريا في كل ما يتعلق بحياة الشباب،
عرضا عن مفهوم "الصحة الشمولية"
"دليل" إلى إنشاء مشروع شبابي للشباب فيه دور مبادر في اقتراح مضمونه، والتأسيس له، وتنفيذه، والبناء على نتائجه لتحسين حياتهم وحياة مجتمعهم.
كما يتبع الدليل 6 خطوات، تبني إحداها على الأخرى في تسلسل منطقي. كل خطوة في فصل، وفي كل فصل تغطية للمفاهيم وطرق العمل والأدوات التنفيذية:
إستكشاف الوضع: ما الحاجات؟ ما المشكلات؟ وكيفية اختيار موضوع للمشروع.
جمع المعلومات اللازمة عن حاجات المشروع والقدرات اللازمة والمتاحة لبناء المعطيات التي ينطلق منها العمل.
بناء المشروع: صياغة الأهداف، وأدوات التخطيط، واختبار الخطة.
وضع خطة تنفيذية، والجدول الزمني والموازنة.
رصد مسار التنفيذ وتوثيق محطات الإعداد والتنفيذ، ثم التقييم ...
أخيرا، المتابعة، أو العمل بعد المشروع.
