آثرت فى دراستى لموضوع الجرائم المخلة بالآداب العامة وجرائم العرض أن انتهج منهجاً علمياً، يعتمد على الجمع بين منهجى التحليل والتطبيق، ولذلك قسمت دراستى إلى أجزاء ثلاثة على النحو التالى:
الجزء الأول: تناولت فيه الجرائم الآتية: أولاً - جرائم الفجور والدعارة الواردة فى قانون مكافحة الدعارة. ثانياً - جرائم الآداب العامة الواردة فى قانون العقوبات و فى قوانين خاصة وهى على النحو التالى: جرائم الآداب العامة فى قانون العقوبات: (جريمة إعداد أو تهيئة مكان لألعاب القمار، جريمة تحريض المارة على الفسق، جريمة التعرض لأنثى على وجه يخدش حيائها، جريمة حيازة صور أو مطبوعات مخالفة للآداب العامة، جريمة الجهر بأغان أو صياح أو خطب مخالفة للآداب العامة). جرائم الآداب العامة الواردة فى القوانين الخاصة وهى: (جريمة لعب القمار فى المحلات العامة، جريمة الرهان خفية على سباق الخيل، جريمة إصدار اليانصيب أو طرحه على الجمهور دون الحصول على ترخيص بذلك).
الجزء الثانى: تنولت فيه المشكلات الإجرائية والدفوع الجوهرية فى قضايا الآداب العامة، وذلك على النحو التالى: الباب الأول: التلبس والدفوع المتعلقة به فى جرائم الآداب العامة. الباب الثانى: القبض والدفوع المتعلقة به فى جرائم الآداب العامة. الباب الثالث: التفتيش والدفوع المتعلقة به فى جرائم الآداب العامة. الباب الرابع: ضبط المراسلات ومراقبة الإتصالات التليفونية والدفوع المتلعقة بهما فى جرائم الآداب العامة.
الجزء الثالث: تناولت فيه جرائم العرض. ولقد حرصت فى مواضع الدراسة المختلفة أن استعرض أحكام محكمة النقض منذ إنشائها عام 1031، مبيناً الموضوع الى حكم فيه والقواعد القانونية المستمدة منه والتعليق على الحكم فى كل حالة.
