والإنسان كما أنه يتطلع إلى أصل كيانه يتوق كذلك إلى معرفة منشأ دولته وجامعة أوطانه، فمن المفيد إذا الوضع أمام النظر لكل عثماني صور ملوكه مع تاريخ موجز لكل منهم ليتمثل لديه كل عصر مضى على كيان دولته لعله يعتبر ويستفيد من الدستور، وكما استفاد منه باقي الأمم و لا يقنع من الثمر بالقشور .
