ولهذا آن لنا أن نرجع بل ويرجع العالم بأسره إلى الطبيعة بعد أن تراكمت علينا الأمراض والأوباء.
وها هو كتابنا بين يديك محاولة منا طيبة لعرض فوائد هذا الغذاء والعجيب والنبات الشافى والذى يغفل عنه الكثير. إنه الثوم.
ولقد قمت بفضل الله ومعيته بشرح كيفية زراعة ورعاية ومكونات هذا النبات وأيضاً تعرضت لما قاله الطب العربى القديم ورجاله الأوفياء.
ثم استعرضت بعض القصص الواقعية والذين قد تعرضوا بفضل الله لهذا الدواء فشاشهم الله عز وجل به. ثم بينت كيف أن العلم الحديث استطاع أن يشير بضوئه إلى الثوم ليكشف لنا أسراره العجيبة وكل ما هو جديد فيه.
