(يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل إلا أن تكون تجارة عن تراض منكم) ويكون ذلك على هيئة سرقة أو رشوة أو غش أو تدليس، فالكيفية تختلف والهدف واحد وهو أكل أموال الناس بالطريق غير المشروع عن طريق الغش والتدليس الذى يدمر المجتمع بأكمله اقتصادياً وصحياً وذلك بانتهاكه لأموال الناس فى عدم مطابقة السلع والمنتجات للمواصفات القياسية الصحيحة وذلك من غش بعض الذين تزعزعت قلوبهم للباطن وتحركت أيديهم للحرام، فيقومون بإضافة المواد الحافظة للمنتجات الغذائية وخاصة الألبان.
والواجب نحو هؤلاء التصدى لهم بكل الأيدى أيدى المستهلك، ويجب عدم التعامل معهم فى البيع أو الشراء وهذا أقل واجب نقدمه جميعاً لنقضى على هؤلاء الذين ظنوا أن بينهم وبين الله حجاباً، وقد بينت فى هذا الكتاب المتواضع كيفية كشف الغش فقط، ولم أستعرض مع حضراتكم طرق الغش نفسه حتى لا تصبح سلاحاً يستخدمه بعض تجار الألبان.
وهذا ما أردت أن أبسطه بين أيديكم من مفاهيم وطرق تتعرف من خلالها على الأنواع المختلفة والتى امتدت لها يد الغش والتدليس فى زماننا هذا.
