وقد استعرضت بهذا الكتاب بعض الأمراض وليست الأمراض كلها بل الشائع منها بين الناس وقد قدمت أيضاً بعض الأغذية النافعة والمفيدة لحياة وصحة الإنسان وذلك لنهتم بها ونقدرها ونكثر من تناولها بالطريقة الصحية وقد ترجع الفائدة لهذا الكتاب هى ان العلاج بالأغذية ليس فيه أى ضرر فإن لم يصب فى الشفاء فيكفى أنه غذاء.
