العام 2015 هو الذكرى المئوية لإبادة الأرمن، تلك المجزرة التي أودت بحياة مليون ونصف مليون أرمني على يد الأتراك زمن عبد الحميد الثاني، لتمثل واحدة من أبشع الجرائم الإنسانية، التي بقيت دون عقاب، من هنا كتب المحامي "كسبار ديردريان" عن (القضية الأرمنية في القانون الدولي العام) الكتاب المتضمن "الشهادات العربية لنصرة القضية الأرمنية"، وقد تناول فيه الأسس القانونية لمطالب الشتات الأرمني، بالإضافة إلى وقفة عند بعض المسائل التي تتعلق بطبيعة الجريمة المزدوجة (إبادة أرمن أرمينيا الغربية وتهجيرهم من وطنهم التاريخي) ونوعيتها، والدافع الرئيسي لها والغنيمة الأساسية من ورائها. يقول المؤلف "والدافع الرئيسي إليها مشروع سياسي توسعي أمبريالي، هو المشروع الطوراني – الصهيوني وخطوته الأولى تحقيق تواصل جغرافي مباشر بين تركيا وأذربيجان بإزالة العقبة الوحيدة أمامه، هي وجود أرمينيا الغربية والشرقية (...) أي إبادة الأرمن في أرمينيا الغربية والشرقية وتهجير ما تبقى منهم من هذه المنطقة". وفي هذا السياق يذكر المؤلف في كتابه "الأسس القانونية لمطلب الشتات الأرمني الجوهري: الوطن"، فيستعرض القوانين التي تؤكد حق الملكية التاريخية في هذه البقعة من الأرض، ومنها المادة 16 من معاهدة سان إسطفانو (1878)، والإعلان – الإنذار الصادر عن ترويكا الحلفاء في 28 أيار / مايو (1915)، وغيرها من قوانين، ومراسيم، وشهادات لمؤرخين وكتّاب أتراك وعرب تعترف بحق الأرمن، في أرضهم في القوانين الدولية. هذا الكتاب شهادة للتاريخ وللأجيال، يستحق أن يُقرأ بجدارة.
