كما تقدّم دراسةً وتحليلاً لعمل الجماعات النسائية في التوعية والتنظيم، وكيف أسهم ذلك في زيادة المعرفة والوعي، وانعكس في لحظاتٍ معينةٍ ممارسةً أو مطالبةً بحقوق معينة أو تعديلات معينة في القوانين أو في الدستور أو في إجتهادات المحاكم.
كذلك تتناول بعض القضايا التي وصلت إلى المحاكم في الولايات المتحدة، وكيفية تعامل المحاكم مع تلك القضايا، والتغيرات التي حدثت، والتي عكست، على نحو ما، تغيراً في الواقع والوعي العام لتلك القضايا.
