يرى المؤلف بأن الإجارة تتيح للمستأجر الإستفادة من منافع العين المستأجرة، دون الحاجة إلى تقديم الضمانات مثل الرهن والكفالة، إضافة إلى أن المستأجر يستغني بها عن تكاليف شراء الأصول مثل المباني والمعدات الهندسية، بينما تتيح الإجارة للبائع والإحتفاظ بملكية العين المؤجرة، إضافة إلى أن هذه الصيغة من أنسب الصيغ التي توفر رأس المال الثابت.
كما تساعد بالإبتعاد عن التمويل الربوي، ولتحقيق الغرض من هذا الكتاب قام المؤلف بتقسيمه إلى عشرة فصول وكل فصل ينتهي بأسئلة تقيس مدى قدرة القارئ على إستيعابه لمواضيع الفصل.
