منذ آدم المعرفة وحتى الصفر الخليقة، فإن أي شخص طبيعي أو معنوي حينما يقرر شراء أو بيع سلعة أو خدمة معينة، فإنه يذهب او يدخل للمكان المخصص لعرضها أو طلبها للإلتقاء بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر مع البائع أو المشتري، للإتفاق معه على الإستلام أو التسليم المادي أو الحسي لها، ومن ثم القيام بالقبض أو الدفع النقدي (وقد يكون ذلك على الحساب أو بالمجان أو كليهما)، وذلك بهدف المتاجرة بها أو إعادة تصنيعها أو الإستهلاك المباشر لها وذلك بهدف تحقيق النفع المادي أو المعنوي أو كلاهما معاً.
وهذا الهدف لا يمكن بلوغه إلا من خلال توافر عوامل موضوعية (Objectivity)، تتمثل في المكان والزمان والبائع أو المشتري والسلعة أو الخدمة والبدل النقدي أو المعنوي، وعوامل أخرى ذاتية (Personality) تتمثل بالتضحية والرغبة والقبول من الطرف الآخر، وهذا يعني توفر السوق الكفء والسلعة المنافسة والمستثمر الرشيد، وكل ذلك بهدف تحقيق المنافع المادية أو المعنوية لكلاً من البائع والمشتري مع ما يرافقهما من إحتمالات الربح أو الخسارة.
وما ينطلق على أي مشتري أو بائع لأي سلعة أو خدمة في أي سوق سلعي أو خدمي، ينطبق تماماً على أي مشتري أو بائع لأي ورقة في أي بورصة مع فارق جوهري وحيد يتمثل في أن بورصة الأوراق المالية تكون أكثر كفاءة وتنظيماً من الأسواق العادية، ولإعطاء مزيد من التفصيل لهذه الجزئية وبالتالي الإلمام الكافي بمضمون عنوان هذا الكتاب سيقوم المؤلف في الجزء الأول بإستعراض الأسس النظرية والعملية للإستثمار في بورصة الأوراق المالية.
وفي الجزء الثاني إستعراض المدخل المقترح لتقويم الأسعار السوقية للأسهم العادية.
