يبدو البحث في الأوضاع الداخلية الفلسطينية، من مدخل الأزمة الحاصلة فيها، بنتيجة هيمنة حركة حماس على قطاع غزة، بوسائل القوة (حزيران/يونيو 2007)، عملية على غاية في الصعوبة والتعقيد والحساسية، إضافة إلى أنها يمكن أن تثير من حولها شبهة التحيز السياسي، والمواقف المسبقة، واستسهال التعميمات المطلقة.
على ذلك فإن هذه الدراسة تحاول تجنب هذه المحاذير ما أمكن ذلك، وتوسل الدقة والموضوعية في العرض والتحليل والاستنتاج، والتعاطي بمسؤولية وطنية مع هذا الموضوع، لما له من أهمية بالنسبة لقضية فلسطين حاضرها ومستقبلها وشعبها وحركته الوطنية.
ومن المعلوم أن الخلاف والانقسام والتنازع، بين حركتي "فتح" و"حماس"، وهما الحركتام الرئيستان في هذه الساحة، بات يحتل المشهد السياسي الفلسطيني، على حساب التصارع ضد إسرائيل وسياساتها في الأراضي المحتلة، وعلى حساب الجهد المشترك، والمفترض، في تعزيز كينونة الشعب الفلسطيني، وتوطيد وحدته وصيانة منجزاته الوطنية.
على خلفية ذلك، فإن هذه المداخلة ستتركز في التالي: أولاً، تحليل طبيعة الأزمة الفلسطينية وأسبابها ومكوناتها، ثانياً: عرض التداعيات الناجمة عن هذه الأزمة على الشعب الفلسطيني وقضيته وحركته الوطنية. ثالثاً: محاولة وضع تصور بشأن الخيارات المناسبة للخروج من هذه الأزمة وتفويت تداعياتها، بما يخدم القضية الوطنية للشعب الفلسطيني واستمرار حركته الوطنية.
