يشكّل الشاعر محمد زينو شومان نصه في "أغمضت عشقي لأرى" يصنع مركبة، صنّع مناخاتها في أشكال تراكمية، ونسيج بنيوي يعانق لغةً دراماتيكية تمظهرت في النص، على قدر عال من الدلالات والإلتقاطات الحسية والذهنية "لا أستقيل من الشعر. لا أستقيل / أكرر بعض الكلام / وأنسخ شوقاً مضى / أسترد احتفالي بغيمٍ توارى / وأطفىء سيجارتي كي أرى. أطفىء الحلم / في المنفضة ..." هذه الرؤية تجسّد عذابات ومعاناة الشاعر ما يكسب النص نوعاً من الشخصانية الفردية، فللخوف لونه، وللغضب لونه، وللفرح لونه، إنها إشارات الشاعر التي تعكس انفعال الداخل المحكوم بإشارات الخارج "وما زلت وحدي / أنبش عما فقدت، هنا، بين أنقاض هذا السكون / أنبش عن قطعتين من الروح / تحت القطار ..." وهذا أنبنى النص عند الشاعر شومان في عمارته اللغوية، على ما يشبه السردية الوصفية التي تحكي صيرورة ذات الشاعر، وبهذا المعنى، تصبح هي المجال الأرحب لنمو الأفكار وتطورها، واتساعها للتواصل مع المتلقي.
يضم الكتاب قصائد نثرية جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: 1- فلك الجسد، 2- الوشم، 3- عشبة الضحك، 4- أحوال عادية، 5- خيوط العطش، 6- صرخة الطلق، 7- مديح الدخان (...) وقصائد أخرى.
فارت بكفيّ قنينةُ الصمتِ،/ فارت هيولى الجنونْ/ سأختارُ هندامَ حتفي بنفسي/ سأختارُ كلّ التفاصيل دون حرجْ:/ قميصاً من الجينز، بحراً نشيطاً،/ وتفاحتي لذّةٍ في أعالي الجسدْ/ سأختارُ أيّ عمودٍ من الكهرباءْ/ أعلقُ أسلاكَ روحي عليهْ/ وأنشرُ في الريفِ عمري.. كفُقّاعةٍ في الهواءْ
