هذا الكتاب بحث مختصر في موضوع ملح، أصبح حديث الساعة في ظل التطورات السريعة والمتلاحقة التي تعج بها الساحة المصرية عامة والدعوية خاصة، بعد ثورة 25 يناير، وما ترتب على ذلك من إقرار مبدأ تعدد الأحزاب وإزالة العوائق التي كانت تحول دون تكوينها قبل الثورة، وما أعقبه من تدافع كثير من فصائل العمل الإسلامي ممن لم تكن تعتمد هذا المنهج وسيلة في الدعوة والإصلاح قبل ذلك إلى سلوك هذا الطريق وإعتماد هذا الأسلوب. وكذلك ما أثارته كثير من الطوائف العلمانية والليبرالية بمختلف توجهاتها وانتماءتها حول المشروع الإسلامي، والنظام السياسي ورفضها التام لأن تكون الشريعة الإسلامية لها أي كلمة في توجيه دفة الحياة فضلا عن أن تكون هي المهيمنة وصاحبة الكلمة العليا واليد الطولى، وما استلزمه ذلك من بيان حكم هذه الدعاوى وحكم أهل العلم فيها، والله أسأل أن ينفع بهذه الدراسة.
