ومن بين الشخصيات التي شكّلت مادة خصبة للبحث ، والتي أعطت للشعراء فرصة الإبداع ، شخصية الأمير عبد القادر ، الذي يعتبر رمزاً من الرموز البطولية ، وزعيماً من الزعماء السياسيين وقائداً للأمة الجزائرية ، والأب الروحي الحنون ، فهو رمز الثبات ، وذلك بالدفاع عن الوطن ، ورفع الضّيم والغبن عن الطبقات الشعبية ، والصمود لإثبات الذات الجزائرية التي لا ترضى أن تُهان .
نبحث في هذه الدراسة عن رمز الشخصية التي تفاعلت معها القصيدة الشعبية ، واستحضار معالمها الخفية في المخيّال المعرفيّ الشعبي .
