إن التطاول الظاهر على القرآن الكريم، والنبي الخاتم صلى الله عليه وسلم الذي يعد محوراً لكثير من الكراريس والمقالات التبشيرية التي توزع في بلاد المسلمين بوسائل اتصال متطورة- كان الدافع إلى كتابة هذا البحث في محاولة لبيان زيف الدعاوى الرامية إلى توظيف أي الذكر الحكيم في الترويج لنحلته، والنيل من قيم الإسلام ومبادئه..
وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة. وتعالج الفصول الثلاثة القضايا التالية:
1-السيد المسيح (ع) طبيعته ودعوى صلبه وقيامته.
2-التحريف في التوراة والإنجيل.
3-الحرب والسلام في المسيحية والإسلام.
ومنهج البحث في معالجة هذه القضايا قائم على إيراد ما أثاره ذلك الكاتب بنصه، ثم بيان التهافت في دعاواه-الواحدة تلو الأخرى- مستنداً في ذلك إلى ما ورد في (الكتاب المقدس) حرفياً، مستأنساً بأقوال المفكرين النصارى وآرائهم في تفنيد تلك المدعيات.. ومن ثم الاستهداء بآيات الذكر الحكيم، واستجلاء نظر المفسرين وعلماء الإسلام فيما ذهب إليه من مزاعم وتناقضات: أملاً في ا، تسود لغة المنطق والعلم والخلق الرسالي أجواء الحوار بين المفكرين والدعاة إلى الفضيلة بدلاً من أساليب الدس والتشويه والمغالطة..
