مع كل ذلك, تسعى إسرائيل للحصول على مياه النيل بشتى الطرق, منها التأثير على دول منابع النيل, كورقة ضغط على مصر, وعملت إسرائيل, وتعمل, على صناعة حضور قوي لها في مدخل البحر الأحمر, وفي جنوب السودان ودارفور, لفصلهما عن السودان. يستعرض هذا الكتاب النشاط الإسرائيلي في دول حوض النيل, وفي مدخل البحر الأحمر, ويطلق صيحة تحذير لكل من يهتم بحاضر مصر ومستقبلها من دولة تضمر الشر للشعوب حولها, لأنها ترى أنها فوق الجميع!.
