(الإسلام هو الحل) ليس إقتراحاً لنموذج نص عليه القرآن الكريم او حددته السنة النبوية. (الإسلام هو الحل) في حقيقته اقتراح تراثي، مؤداه أن الحل للأزمة الحضارية الراهنة التي يعيشها العرب والمسلمون هو العودة إلى النماذج السياسية والإجتماعية التي ابتكرها أجدادنا المسلمون واستطاعوا في ظلها أن ينهضوا وينتصروا ويصنعوا حضارة مزدهرة، وهكذا فهو اقتراح يتساوى في قيمته الإجرائية مع الإقتراحات (الماركسية هي الحل) و(الليبرالية هي الحل) و(القومية الإشتراكية هي الحل)... الخ، لأنه اقتراح تجريبي يقول: التراث هو الحل. فكل واحد من تلك الإقتراحات يريد من العرب والمسلمين أن يتبعوا نموذجاً محدداً طبقته بشر آخرون في مكان آخر أو في زمان آخر، وكان ناجحاً، وتفترض تلك الإقتراحات أن نماذجها ستنتج بالضرورة عندنا أيضاً.
القرآنية هي دعوة لتنحيط التراث، أي ربط ما فيه من فكر وفقه بظروف المجتمعات التي نشأ فيها، ودعوة لإنتاج فكر وفقه جديدين، قد يتفقان مع ما في التراث وقد يخالفانه، بقدر ما في حاضر مجتمعاتنا من إتفاق وإختلاف مع مجتمعات الذين سبقونا، إنها دعوة إبتكارية مستقبلية تقترح إنهاض الأمة من شروط واقعها ولا تلتفت للماضي أبداً، وهي دعوة لإكتشاف القرآن مؤداها أن الإسلام ليس نموذجاً جاهزاً مطلوباً إتباعه في كل زمان ومكان، فالنمذجة أياً كانت وكان مصدرها (من الماضي أو من الآخر كالغرب مثلاً) توصل بالضرورة إلى الكهنوت.
