تبدو إشكالية تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية والفشل السياسي العربي من أبرز أسباب موضوعة الدين والدولة إلى " صراع سيوف " و " جدل بيزنطي " ، ومن الخلاف إلى الإختلاف ، ومن لغة الحوار إلى لغة العنف الأصولي من خلال ترجمة الإسلام إلى لغة أجنبية خاطئة أدت إلى سوء فهم جوهر الدين والعقيدة ، فيما أصبحت السياسة عملية " تقدير " للقيم الأخلاقية ، والإسلام السياسي يمارس " سياسة ميكافيللية " بامتياز !
فيما بدت " داعش " وكأنها العملية الناجحة لصعود المدنس وهبوط المقدس ، كما ومثلت التعبير الصادق لدولة الإعاقة الفكرية والشلل الديني !!
فالإسلاميين هم المسؤولين عن الحفاظ على الأمة دينياً ، والعلمانيين هم المسؤولين عن الحفاظ على الأمة سياسياً ، وبالتالي كلاهما مسؤول عن الأوضاع المروية التي تعيشها الأمة العربية ، ولا حل لواقعاً إلا بإعادة هيكلة الدول العربية ، وعزل الإسلاميين عن السلطة ، والعلمانيين عن إدارتها ، وإقامة شبكة علاقات إجتماعية مدنية قائمة على التوازن السياسي والمواطنة الحقيقية والتعددية الدينية والسياسية والإحترام المتبادل للجميع ، تكون الديمقراطية المتصالحة مع الدين نواتها الأولى .
رغماً اعتقاداً المطلق بأن الدولة العربية المعاصرة هي دولة سياسية وليست دولة دينية ، لكن هذا لا يعني محاربة وإخماد دعوات تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية ، مثلما لا يعني رفع تلك الشريعة كشعار يخفي وراءه إيدلوجيا ملثمة بلحية شيوخ المؤدون أو حجاب نساء رجال الدين !
والغريب في الأمر أنه رغم الصعود السياسي للجماعات الإسلامية وبروز ظاهرة المد الديني ، وعكس التوقعات - فإن الشريعة تعرضت للتضييق دون أن تتحول إلى تطبيق !
