وشريعة الإسلام التي أنزلها الله الحكيم الخبير على رسوله الكريم محمد "صلى الله عليه وسلم" شاملة مستوعبة الحقوق كلها، سواء كانت حقوقًا لله "عز وجل"، أو حقوقًا للنفس، أو حقوقًا للناس جميعًا، وقد مر قريبًا كلام الإمام ابن العربي الذي أوضح فيه عدل الشريعة واشتمالها على هذه الحقوق الثلاثة المطلوب من كل مسلم أداؤها.
وإنما كانت هذه الشريعة كاملة وافية بحقوق الله وحقوق النفس وحقوق الناس وغيرهم؛ لأنها منزلة من رب الناس، فلم تدع صغيرًا ولا كبيرًا مما للعباد حاجة إليه إلا جاءت به واشتملت عليه، ولم يخرج النبي "صلى الله عليه وسلم" من هذه الحياة الدنيا إلا وقد دل الأمة على كل خير، وحذرها من كل شر.
وكان مما اشتملت عليه شريعة الإسلام التي مضى على مجيئها أكثر من أربعة عشر قرنًا: الإيضاح والبيان لحقوق الإنسان، وأنها داخلة في عدل هذه الشريعة، وفي الآيات الكريمات المذكورة قريبًا التي أمر الله فيها عباده المؤمنين بالعدل، مع القريب والبعيد والعدو والصديق، التنويه بتلك الحقوق على سبيل الإجمال.
