الباب الأول: التشريعات الزراعية وأثرها في تغيير عقود البستنة- وضم فصلين: الفصل الأول: عقود البستنة في الشرائع القديمة والفقه الإسلامي- الفصل الثاني: عقود البستنة في تشريعات العهد الجمهوري، والباب الثاني: العقود الواردة على البساتين- واشتمل على ثلاثة فصول: الفصل الأول: عقد المساقاة، الفصل الثاني: عقد المغارسة، الفصل الثالث: عقد تلقيح زهر الثمار بالنحل.
