هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي لإشكالات التنفيذ الجنائية وتحديد المقصود بالإشكال وأسبابه والجهة المختصة بنظره وشروطه وآثاره وإجراءات وقف تنفيذ الحكم والطعن عليه وتحديد مدى اختصاص المحاكم الجنائية والمدنية والإدارية بمنازعات التنفيذ المختلفة والتعليمات القضائية والإدارية للنيابات وكتب النائب العام وتعليمات وزارة الداخلية لتنفيذ الأحكام وإشكالاتها ومبادئ النقض والإدارية العليا والدستورية ونصوص إشكالات التنفيذ في قانون الإجراءات الجنائية 150/ 1950 المعدل بالقانون 95 /2003 والجهة المختصة بالاستشكال في أحكام محاكم أمن الدولة الملغاة والصيغ فيما يلي:
أولًا: تحديد المقصود بالإشكال في التنفيذ وأسبابه وكيفية رفعه والجهة المختصة بنظره وشروطه وآثاره وإجراءات وقف تنفيذ الحكم والطعن عليه, ثانيًا: تحديد مدى اختصاص المحاكم الجنائية بمنازعات التنفيذ المختلفة, ثالثًا: تعليمات النيابات ووزارة الداخلية بشأن إشكالات التنفيذ المختلفة, رابعًا: مبادئ النقض والإدارية العليا والدستورية العليا بشأن إشكالات التنفيذ, خامسًا: الصيغ القانونية للأوراق القضائية المتعلقة بإشكالات التنفيذ الجنائية, سادسًا: نصوص المواد المنظمة لإشكالات التنفيذ في قانون الإجراءات الجنائية المصري رقم 150 لسنة 1950 المعدل بالقانون رقم 95 لسنة 2003 والجهة المختصة بالاستشكال في أحكام محاكم أمن الدولة الملغاة.
